Job Description

Designation  – Relationship Executive

Detailed Activities

·          Deliver monthly Sales Target of SBI Credit Card through Point of Sale / Big Bazaar / Chroma Store

·         5 Complete applications to be submitted on daily basis

·         Saturday and Sunday will be working, One weekday off will be given

·         Work Timings will be as per Store timings ( 11 am Onwards )

·          Sourcing as per policy rolled out for higher approval rate

·          Manage Relationship with store staff

·         Resolve & handle Customer Queries and Complaints

·          Ensure adherence with store discipline

·          Daily timely reporting of numbers

Important Points

1.      Store allocation would be basis the store availability and subject to change as per business requirement.

2.      Executive need to operate out of store

3.      Reporting at PSA office required for application submission as per requirement

Target – 13 monthly

(  Above 13 Card – 200 to 400 Per Card Incentives)

Incentive and Reimbursement

1.      Incentive up to 20,000 can be earned on monthly basis on target achievement

2.      No reimbursement

Work Experience  

1.      Relevant credit card or retail sales experience

2.      Good communication skills

3.      Ability to read & write in English, knowledge of vernacular language will be preferable

Education

1.       Minimum qualification 10+2, Freshers are welcome with good communication and sales driven.

Salary: 10k to 18 k in hand
