Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Attracting Talent:
– Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
– Develop creative recruitment strategies to reach passive candidates.

2. Screening and Interviewing Candidates:
– Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
– Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
– Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers.

3. Managing the Recruitment Process:
– Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
– Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback.
– Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and preparing offer letters.

4. Building Employer Brand:
– Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other recruiting events.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand.

5. Data Management and Reporting:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
– Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
