Job Description

Responsible for business development and marketing of assigned product.

·         To manage relationship with existing customers and troubleshoot as and when required

·         To update publishers of the assigned e-resources about pipeline, sales, marketing efforts, etc.

·         To identify opportunities for new sales and up-selling to existing customers for the assigned technology e-resources.

·         To provide demo, presentation, trial to prospects whenever required.

·         Should be good in developing product presentations.

·         To identify opportunities for marketing and promotion of technology e-resources: advertisements, events, etc.

·         To liaise with sales team for achieving the sales targets for the assigned e-resources

·         To build and sustain long term relationships with the customers.
