Job Description

We are Hiring Diploma & ITI candidates for one of the largest Tyres Manufacturing Company in India for their Chennai Production Unit.

Monthly Pay –

• Rs. 18,000 per month for B.Tech/BE,
• Rs. 17,000 per month for Diploma and
• Rs. 16,000 per month for ITI Candidates.

Get Free Accommodation & Food at Hostel for first 3 months. Company will also pay back your train travel cost to report to Chennai Plant on presenting the train ticket.

Eligibility Criteria :

o   Qualification:- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech/BE :

o   Age : 18 to 28 years

o   Gender : Male & Female

o   Height : 155 cm for Boys & 150 cm for Girls

o   Weight : 50 kg for Boys & 45 kg for Girls

·         Earnable Incentive : From INR 250 to INR 5,500 per month can be earned through incentive. (Process to Process it will differ).

·         Retention Bonus : INR 5,000 once in 6 months for first 2 years & INR 10,000 once in 6 months for 3rd year

·         Uniform, Safety Shoes will be provided at free of cost

·         Medical & Insurance : 1 lakh sum assured for medical insurance and 5 lakh for Group Personal Accident Policy

·         Night Shift Allowance : INR 30 per shift, for a maximum of 15 days a month. Whenever the trainee comes in night shift, he/she will get this additional allowance.

·         Working Days : 6 days a week

·         Working Hours : 8 hours shift (3 shifts)

·         Tenure : A trainee gets an opportunity for 6 years of training period
